About Megan Porth

Megan is our firm’s in-house business law rock star!

Megan was born and raised around entrepreneurs and business people. From a very young age, she began attending networking events, strategic planning meetings, and marketing seminars. Her passion for helping businesses grow inspired her to go to law school, where she graduated with honors and created and supported a number of school organizations. Megan’s practice focuses on business law, including entity formation, contracts, negotiations, licensing and franchising, and trademarks.

Prior to law school, Megan worked as the Business Manager for a software development company, the Deputy Director for a statewide initiative, and a lobbyist for the Arizona Department of Veterans Services. Additionally, Megan was the Chief Operations Officer of a web-based real estate training company, where she managed hundreds of clients and a full staff of employees.

An entrepreneur herself, Megan is passionate about assisting start-ups and businesses of all sizes achieve their goals while navigating through legal compliance issues. She also works with clients to avoid litigation. Megan is a talented negotiator and has succeeded in closing the most difficult of deals.

Megan co-hosts  a weekly radio show and is a sought-after legal commentator.  Megan frequently appears on various media outlets discussing a myriad of business topics.  When she’s not working, Megan loves kayaking, camping, and granting wishes through the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
